The proposed budget and fee schedule are available for public review on the City’s website at www.harkerheights.gov.
The City of Harker Heights’ proposed budget will raise more total property taxes than last year’s budget by $969,879 or 6.7%, and of that amount $306,610 is tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year.
