The City of Harker Heights would like to notify residents and motorists that The Rios Group, Inc., in coordination with project engineers KPA, will be conducting Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) and Quality Level A (QLA) investigations along Warriors Path Road beginning Wednesday, July 29, and continuing through approximately Thursday, August 6, weather permitting.
The work will generally take place along Warriors Path Road, beginning near the intersection of Old Nolanville Road and progressing south. These field investigations are part of the City's Warriors Path Rehabilitation Phase III Project and are being performed to accurately locate existing underground wastewater infrastructure in preparation for future improvements.
While no lane closures are anticipated, residents and motorists should expect:
- Contractor personnel working near the roadway
- Survey and utility locating equipment in the area
- Occasional work vehicles parked along the roadway
- Minor, temporary traffic impacts as crews move throughout the project area
Motorists are encouraged to use caution, remain alert for workers and equipment, and follow any temporary traffic control measures that may be in place.
