Parents and caregivers join the Stewart C. Meyer Harker Heights Public Library for a FREE workshop! "Kindness, Gratitude, and Grace: Teaching Resilience With Social-Emotional Learning" will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2022 from 9am-12pm. Help children learn to communicate feelings and needs, to keep emotions in check, and to empathize with people who are different!  Evidence– based research as well as fun activities, crafts, stories, and more teach parents and caregivers techniques to share with children.  Caregivers receive three (3) contact hours of training.
