In accordance with the requirements of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the City of Harker Heights conducted a self-evaluation of its services, programs, and activities. When barriers to full participation are found, local governments are required to devise a plan to remove them. The City of Harker Heights adopted its 2025 ADA Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan  (2025 ADA Transition Plan) and applicable amendments to the City’s Code of Ordinance on November 18, 2025 as Ordinance 2025-37. A copy of that plan and identified forms are linked below.
